What is the EXPERT setvar?

I've done several searches but have found little to no information and I'm hoping someone has an answer.

There is a Setvar called Expert, with a 0-5 setting. But does anyone know what the different setting are for the Expert Setvar?

General help:

Start the command in question (in this case: EXPERT<enter>) and press [F1]

For future reference, the Expess Tool SYSVDLG has all the system variables and what their settings are. You can find it on the Ribbon.
