WBLOCK not doing anything

Trying to run WBLOCK on a drawing and nothing happens. This is in AutoCAD 2014. There is no error message, the command just does not do anything when run. 

Trying to WBLOCK the same drawing on another PC works fine.

Nothing happens, like no dialog box pop up?

If its off your screen try pressing alt+space and press 'm' with the arrow keys.

As others are suggesting, is it possibly off the screen? What is your CMDDIA set to?

Does the "another PC" have a Proxy Object
plugin/enabler that the first PC does not?

How about SAVEAS then just delete what you do not want in the new file?
