Most of the times I create a drawing or insert a block, I get a white circle with 12 spokes. It cannot be picked or erased. It is not on a layer, I have frozen all the layers at one time or another. It does not print, but I can not get it off my screen. It is more annoying than detrimental. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
