Virtual lines issue and smooth line option is not helping to remove the virtual

Virtual lines issue only in particular file not in all the files and smooth line option is not helping to remove the virtual lines please see this video https://youtu.be/WDfnP1WPxXY and assist me. Autocad version is 2016.
