In paperspace, I have my viewport set to a specific scale.  When I select my viewport, I don't see the scale listed anywhere in the properties.

Where is the scale of viewports listed?

Thanks

On layout,

1) Select the viewport,

2) Type properties in command line,

3) In "Misc" section, there are "Standard Scale" and "Custom Scale".

BTW you may consider to set system variable "pickfirst" to "1".

A circle is the locus of a cursor, starting and ending at the same point on a plane in model space or in layout such that its distance from a given coordinates (X,Y) is always constant.
