Viewport Creation

In model space the "Model Viewport" panel is active. When going into paper space the panel goes Grey / is Inactive.

How, having moved to paper space, deleted the default viewport, and then pasted a title block upon the standard sheet, do I create/place a new viewport within it?  There must be a simple answer. All advice appreciated.

Make a layer name VIEWPORT or something like that

Use command MVIEW and make a rectangle.

Then you have to choose a scale to zoom the drawing that shows on model space.

Hi and Welcome to AutoDesk Forum,

@Anonymous wrote ( ...When going into paper space... ) if do you mean the Layout space, when you move to the layout you will found that rectangular viewport which you can use it by clicking inside it. and for making another viewports you can do it by Mview command line.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

There are some great suggestions here to help you get your viewport(s) created.  Did you have any success with this or do you still need a bit more help?
