Viewport border not appearing problem

I have a problem with a  viewport that I made with MVIEW-Polygon command.   The border is not appearing so I can change, edit, or just delete from existence.  I attached a screenshot, but if need I can send the file.  

All layers are on, unfrozen....

I got it fixed now...  don't know though.. just crazy day
