Using Fillet w/ Radius set to 0 to make lines meet at right angle

On the 2020 version of AutoCAD, I would often use fillet with radius set to 0 to make 2 lines meet at a right angle,. I have been trying to use this function in AutoCAD 2023, and it does not seem to work the same way it did before. Did something change in the version to prevent me from doing this, or is there another simpler way of making 2 lines connect at a right angle?

Thanks

Also note that you don't have to set the radius to 0, you can just hold the Shift while selecting a second object.

Holding SHIFT is not working for me. Preview for square corner shows, but will not execute the command. Additionally, holding SHIFT for TRIM/ EXTEND is not working either. Any suggestions? I'm certain its a tick box somewhere.

[Do the objects in question perhaps not lie in the same plane?  Maybe that's not the question to ask, if the preview shows what you expect, but just in case....]

No, but I think I figured it out. I was using Raster Design earlier and the LEFT-CLICK SHIFT toggle was on. I turned it off, and seems to be working as usual now. Thank you.
