using blocks in 2 different drawings ?

Good morning

I am new to Autocad and using Autocad 2015 for macs

I have an urgent  question , if I have created 2D blocks (in model) for my furniture in one drawing  can I use them again in a new 2D drawing in Autocad 2015 for macs ?

Yes, you can use any block anywhere, from anywhere.

the great thing about AutoCAD for Mac and AutoCAD for Windows is that both files are fully compatible with each other. What you create in one can be used by the other, in either direction.

Being new to AutoCAD I'll go into it more than the other two replies. 

You can use the Design Center Type DC at the command line to open it, browse to the dwg you created the block(s) in then expand the Block section, you should see you blocks on the right side. All you need to do is drag and drop into your opened dwg. 

Another method is insert your whole dwg that you created the block in into your current dwg. With the insert command just browse to that dwg and select it, when it asks for the insertion point cancel out of the insert command, Now EVERYTHING that is defined in that dwg is defined in your current dwg, blocks, line types, text styles, layers, etc. Just use the insert command again and select the block you need. 

The ideal way once you get more experience in AutoCAD is create a library (DWG) of your blocks and/or define the blocks in your startup template file (DWT).

Yes it is Murph. that part works the same way in AutoCAD for Mac. Design Center has been missing since Autodesk started up the AutoAD for Mac product again. I expect that it will eventually get there as it is a great tool for instances like this.
