I recently upgraded my whole team to 2018. Went through the uninstall tool to remove our previous version (2015). All is well, except one of our users.
I cannot remove the previous version of AutoCAD and it's causing some performance issues having both versions on her machine.
The uninstall tool completely shuts down when i try to run it.
When I go through the control panel to remove the programs individually we get this error - see below.
Has anyone run into this previously?
