When do you get that error?
Which version of AutoCAD do you have (and service pack .. to be verified with command _ABOUT)
Does that depend on that drawing? Then please run command _AUDIT to repair the database and see if that solved the issue.

I am sorry that you are seeing this error. Please tell me what AutoCAD is installed and if it is fully updated using the Autodesk Desktop App.
Please also tell me if this is happening only with this specific file or if it is happening in all your 3D files.
Do you also see a crash after this message and have the opportunity to submit a report? If so, please send me that CER number so i can look up what might be causing the error message.
