Unable to Substract solid

Hi all,

Somehow I am unable to substract solid from solid. It only affects one area of the solid though, please advise on what is wrong.

Small cylinder will give an error, large doesn't, I tried to recreate still didn't work.

Thanks

I was able to resolve this,
If anyone heaving the same issue: try to scale up and substract and then bring it back to original scale.
Seems like AutoCAD bug where it can't calculate position/size/fillet...

Using the SUBTRACT command, we will need the two objects to overlap.

To use the SUBTRACT command in AutoCAD

  1. Type SUBTRACT and press ENTER
  2. Select solids, surfaces and regions to subtract from and press ENTER
  3. Select solids, surfaces and regions to subtract and press ENTER

May be it would work. Also try to edit in real size like don't zoom it much.

Ensure that the solids are not overlapping incorrectly and check for any geometric errors. Verify the integrity of both solids and ensure they are properly closed and intersect correctly. Sometimes, scaling the small cylinder slightly or adjusting its position can help resolve the issue. Additionally, check for any software-specific settings or constraints that might affect the subtraction operation

Thanks,
