Unable to receive Student License for AutoCAD 2017

Hi All !

I am an Engineering Drafting Student and I recently made my Educational Account, followed all steps exactly as requested and filled out all necessary areas and when i go to download the Educational version of AutoCAD 2017 i get an error box popping up stating "We're sorry we cannot provide you with your license details at this time". It states that i should try again in 30 minutes (which i did), but still the error pops up.

I have attached a Screenshot of this error. Where do i go from here ? How do i get my educational license ?

I checked in our systems and it looks like your student account has not been created. I suggest that you get in touch with the Education support here.

I think something has gone wrong somewhere in regards to not finding my account....

I created it directly as suggested, following the exact steps in the link you provided.

Did i have to wait a certain period before attempting to download the license after initially creating the account ? Note: i did verify my account/email through the email sent to me.

This is the URL sent to me to verify my Educational Account. URL clearly states 'education' in it.

I have also contacted the support as you suggested.
