Unable to log in to A360 from AutoCAD 2017

I'm trying to use geolocation in AutoCAD 2017. When I select maps in the pull down menu, I'm prompted to log in to A360 which I do and then I'm promptly booted and the sign in icon shows up in the pull down menu again.

I can log into Autodesk online no problem. I've also followed solutions in other threads in this community to no avail. Any suggestions are welcome at this point. I work in an office and all other users are able to log in no problem.

Are you running EDU/Student software?

No, fully licensed version in an office environment. My colleagues have no issues.

I did resolve this issue. I had to re-install the A360 Desktop app and log in that way (versus logging in through AutoCAD).
