Unable to install LATSCAD software into CAD software

I am using LATSCAD SOFTWARE (BY LG) to design a ventilation system on AutoCAD software, but AutoCAD software reported the following error:
"Unable to load C:\PROGRAM FILES\LGE\LATS\LATSCAD_2019.ARX file"

You may have to use REVIT.

...and by chance, are you NOT using AutoCAD 2019?

3rd party add-on issues need to be solved by that publisher, start there when you can.
