Hi, I have been designing a custom face plate to go over a monitor to fit into my car. All is going well with the design however on one side i am unable to fillet an edge. As i was able to do it on the other side i have no idea what the problem is! I will attach the file and a picture of the edge if anyone has any ideas or could help me out. Would be greatly appreciated.

Try this, I drew the green one with radius of 3 for testing.

You can use the red one with your radius.

I sliced off the stubborn section and reworked the region, extruded it back and unioned them; after that fillet worked.

Window across them, go to Properties and change the color.
