Unable to draw rectangles

I am following a AutoCAD 2016 module and Youtube videos to draw a basic rectangle but it doesn't work. No rectangle appears what am I doing wrong?

as you can see the rectangle is not on any axis i cant draw it the UCS is on and ive tried some, seen viedos but i cant found any solutions can i get a solutions
