Unable to Create Excel Data Link Table

Hi Guys,

I try to create a table with the existing excel spreadsheet using "Data Link" command. But, unable to create, AutoCAD giving a message to say the excel file version is a wrong.

But, I am using the 97-2003 version excel spreadsheet file. But my MS Office version is 2016. Actually I downgrade the spreadsheet to 97-2003.

I attached few screenshots and the excel file for your kind review. If anyone got the solution please let me know.
