Unable to access Recent and Favorite Block Libraries in AutoCAD 2024

Whenever I attempt to insert a Block in AutoCAD 2024 I receive message that says "Blocks are only available across devices if you select cloud storage." If I click "Block Sync Settings" within this message I get a pop up with the option to choose a folder to select a block. However the folder where Blocks are usually located is now empty. How can I get it to where I can retrieve these block files from this folder again?

@robert_keller Does restarting your PC resolve the issue when you get back into AutoCAD?

Does it help if you just check this box?

Did you do this before accessing favorites? It appears not or the program says you never did it
