UCS Icon Moved - Pasting to Original Coordinates

I'm having a coordinate issue in two drawings. I made a couple title blocks which are identical in size and scale. However for one of the drawings I moved the UCS icon from its original location. The UCS icon is placed in the same spot in both drawings - both at 0,0,0 where they should be. Also, every point in the drawing is showing identical coordinates. But when I paste to original coordinates from one drawing to the other, the lines are not "lining up" in the same spot. Trying to get to the bottom of these two commands working together. What am i missing? Thanks!

Hi,

i suggest to check BASE command to set the insertion base point for the current drawing.
