I need a 2 storey house 3D CAD file.

Is there any standrad files in the template or in library ?

There are some included with Revit. Online search would be your best bet

Here is a link to some pretty nice houses and much more. DWG, RVT and more if needed. 

Many are free as long as you sign in with Facebook or Google.
