Turn off selection color

New to 2016 is the selection color. I have CAD users here that do not want any colors. Just grips showing. I know how to change the color but how do I turn the selection color off? I cannot find "None" as an option.

Figured it out. System variable SELECTIONEFFECT: 0 turn off the selection effect color and has grips only. 1 turns on selection effect color.
