Turn off context sensitive menu in Ribbon

When I select a object in model space the ribbon menu changes from "Home" to what AutoCAD thinks I want. This is slowing my down my productivity, as I need the ribbon to stay on the "Home" menu.

I understand there was a variable that solved this and was dissolved in 2015 for some odd reason.
