I'm helping our other drafter set up a new laptop when her old one crashed. She has AutoCAD & Autodesk TrueView 2025. I've fixed the Trueview settings to what we normally use (The previous version she had was 2023). When we hit Batch Plot a pop-up shows as "Save List As" and wants us to create a DSD file. I've never had this come up in the past and my version (which is still 2020) does not do this. I have looked everywhere on the program and on the internet and cannot find a place to turn this off. We don't want to create a list every single time we do a batch plot.
Is this a new 2025 thing? Does anyone had any idea how to turn it off?
Thanks,
Veronica

All previous versions do this when the user cancels PUBLISH before clicking OK and answers YES this question
And it happens automatically without asking afterwards when the user checks this box first at some point then they "forget" they did it
Most of the time you can fix the haste the user clicks on options like that from OPTIONS command's SYSTEM tab here
I wish the popup looked like this with this option. The image I attached is what pops up when we do a Batch plot.

Perhaps I did not explain it well.
You get this automatic pop-up (in any version of AutoCAD)
Because someone checked this box
Because they answered yes here
To undo all of those issues, you will need to go here
Unless it is a 2025 quirk, in which case you'll need to contact Autodesk Support for a fix, perhaps roll the user back to 2024 versions. Early adopters of newer versions get to fix all the issues for the rest of us sadly.
Here is how to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:

Thanks. That didn't help. AutoCAD 2025 had just been installed to her new laptop and no one had opened it until we did. It may be a quirk. New versions have them sometimes. I'm going to have to have her contact Autodesk directly. Again, thank you.
