Troubling with "modrif"

Hello

some times using the modrif comand the drawing within the block is still a block !!

that's overturning because the block has just been created and there is no reason why there is block inside the modrif opening

Do you mean that the REFEDITed block still opens a block? You may have nested blocks (block inside a block).

Does >this< shed any light on the subject?  Can you use [whatever is the Italian equivalent of] BEDIT instead of MODRIF [which is the Italian command name for English REFEDIT]?
