Trouble with Tool Palettes

Hi.

First of all, English isn't my first language. So I'll try to be as clear as possible.

I'm a teacher and one of my students raises his hand to ask me a question.

We work a lot with Tool Palettes, the Basic tab.

He asks me that he can't find the 07 - Thermal & Moisture Protection in his Basic tab.

I don't know if he deletes it by mistake (by right-clicking on and delete it), but I don't know how to get it back.

Do I have to repair AutoCAD or I can just go somewhere and get it back?

There is no BASIC pallette in plain AutoCAD with those tools, or many of those other tools you show: are you both using the same variant, looks like AutoCAD ARCHITECTURE in your screenshot.

You two need to compare ABOUT command's results from each of your AutoCAD sessions.

Hello @Anonymous, 

Make sure the student has downloaded the proper version of AutoCAD, they would need to register on the educational site & install the AutoCAD w/ Architecture toolset. 

The page link above will provide all the information the student needs to download, install & activate so they can use the application right away. They will also receive an email containing the Serial# & product key,  information will appear in their Autodesk account in 24-72hrs.
