Transferring new hatch from 2018 to 2019

I created a unique hatch style using 2018 sometime ago. When i open these drawings in 2019 these hatches i created don't read correctly and the hatch name/style doesn't appear in hatch options? any quick fix on this wothout having to make the hatch from scratch?
