TRACE issues...

Yesterday, I teached the rather new TRACE functionally to my students.
(you can find the *.pdf instructions in Attachment, in the Dutch language, I'm afraid).

Some strange conclusions:
-80% of the 15 students was not able to start a new TRACE
The New Trace-icon at the top of the Trace-Palette is not visible,
The Command-line TRACE->New option is not shown.

-A New TRACE can't be made, even by starting a their own new drawing on their Laptop

-Some could delete traces made by me, some were not able to delete them.

-MARKUPIMPORT can't be started on their educational versions? (Subscription-error?)

(they all have the same 2023 version)

Are they using shared user credentials?

each user needs to log in with their own credentials.
