Top Menu Bar Color Display

The very top menu bar that contains Open, New, Plot, etc on left and Help, Comminucation Center, etc. on right has changed color to white and now I can't see the text. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and this is when it happened.

You can click on the down arrow on the Quick Access Toolbar and select show below the ribbon.
You might be able to see it that way.

Great effort...BUT, I still can't see the items on the right side (help, communication center)

Thanks for getting it that far though!

So you lied, you are not using the dark scheme in AutoCAD: why?

have you restarted your computer yet? I see PROJECTWISE looks like it is tucked in under your C3D logo too.

OUCH, Not sure where that came from.  If by Community Legend it means not polite, then I guess so.

I AM using DARK scheme. I did just as instructed to check and that is what it is set as.

I have NOT restarted my computer. And not sure what PROJECTWISE has to do with it. This issue came about when I got windows 10.

I only write the way I see it, that reality scares some folks 🙂

Yes, your menu running off screen under the C3D logo and with no visible text in your top bar is a big problem, your AutoCAD Dark Scheme is not, its the White Scheme, unless you need to be posting in the C3D forum since it tends to be unique.

And you probably should restart your computer now either way.

Did you install Win10 over an older Windows version?

Your C3D version as reported in ABOUT command is?

What is your computer? Specs? Video card? You have way too much white going on, do you have an I.T. person at you location?

There's a post that solved a similar problem for me. In my case, it was the open drawing dialogue sidebar color, which also made the text very difficult to see. The fix involves changing the color setting(s) in the Windows Registry....the only way, apparently, now, with Windows 10. I can't remember where I saw the post covering this, but if you do a search online with the words "How do I change the colors in the "open drawing" dialog box" you should find what you are looking for. Since you are trying to change the color in a different location you will need to specify a different part of your interface, but this may not be too difficult to determine.

Good luck, LC😎
