Do you want toolbars displayed? If so, the -TOOLBAR command works (with the dash).
Hi falconbird,
Try to Migrate from a Previous Release (see the attached snap)
For mor information: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to...
By migrating will it bring all the other thinks from my previous version?
When I did set up my previous version (Acad2014) I was able to right click under the tab (Drawing1*) which was under the Ribbon and scroll down the list of menus and add all the tool buttons I used. Did Autodesk take that out for Acad2015? See attachment.
If you Migrate from choosen (may be 2014 or 2013) version the all customized toolbuttons will be apear at AutoCAD 2015 as choosen version. The all things will be activate/visulize after select the desired workspace. Note that, When you continue the migrate operation all AutoCAD version will be closed
If you look at the top of your screen just to the right of the sheet set manager icon there is a downward pointing arrow with a line above it. If you click on it you can find the item show menu bar (I see you already show the menu bar). Once the menu bar is showing you can select the tools drop down menu where you will find under the AutoCAD section the toolbar list you show in your attached image.
What was attached is a Acad2014. I would like to show the toolbars (buttons) in my just installed Acad2015 like the Acad2014.

Have you tried -TOOLBAR yet?
If I migrate. Which one do I check off to import the toolbars? See attached file.
