Not just checking, also set it well, it's ON!

Start QTEXT, Press [F1] to learn about it.

(and why you talk about "in Layout", no Text, not Style , no where you can see a text -

just the QText rectangle. So it it better to write "all Text, all space, all styles..")

And think about whether it really has to be in 2004 format
I refrain from trying to explain to you what that means and what has followed.

The thing about QTEXTMODE is that the feature has to be UNchecked!!

That's what @cadffm was tried to say!

OK. To be clear. Set qtextmode to 0 and perform REGENALL

Make your Screenshot of the whole Program,

with commandline or [F2] visible,

so we can see the log sequence and the drawing editor.

Befehl:
Befehl: _QTEXT
Modus eingeben [Ein/Aus] <Ein>: _off

Befehl: _REGENALL
Regeneriert Layout.
Regeneriert Modell.

<screenshot, whole program window and Textwindow or commandline from "Command: QTEXT" till "Command:">

It is for me. Nice and slowly HERE

Not sure what can be wrong if it's still not. I would set qtextmode, restart acad, reset pc... you'll see.

Then it's just about regen. Step in a small VP and do regen. See HERE

Or use REGENALL instead of regen.

Regen current Viewport

[F1] -REGEN

Regen all Viewports

[F1] - REGENALL

Hi,

_REGENALL is what you need (and which is already suggested multiple times here), but also take care ... you are using fonts which are not TTF and also not SHX:

This could be an issue for 2013.

In case you don't see all text content after disabling QTEXT please start command _STYLE and change the text-styles to TTF- or SHX-fonts.
