Follow these steps:

  1. Set all layers to be on/thawed/unlocked.
  2. Use the WBLOCK command to export all data to a new DWG.
  3. Import existing layouts. See: How to import a layout from one drawing file to another in AutoCAD products.
  4. Purge and audit the file. See: Optimizing drawing files in AutoCAD with Purge, Audit & Recover.
  5. Save the file.
