The send command disables the mouse pointer in Outlook - Autocad 2024

Good morning everyone,
using the send command in Autocad 2024 and sending or canceling the email message that is created, the mouse pointer disappears in Outlook.
Only in Outlook, not in Windows or other open programs.
I am forced to close Outlook to be able to use it again.

Do you have the latest 2024 updates installed which should be 2024.1.7?

Try creating a new Windows login profile with local admin credentials, then login as that profile and see if the problem still occurs.

Did it ever work?
Do you need to restart your PC?

What changes with your setup? since AutOCAd2024 is not new... .

You might want to open a support ticket with Autodesk on the topic from your Accounts Page.

Yes, i have Autocad 2024.1.7 and i have create a new administrator profile, but the problem still occurs.

I have Microsoft® Outlook® per Microsoft 365 MSO (Versione 2505 Build 16.0.18827.20102) a 64 bit.

It stopped working about a week ago. But there were no changes on my pc.
I also tried with a new windows administrator profile.
The problem is still there.
I have not opened a case in Autodesk yet, I will do that.
