I have attached a picture of the error I am getting and it states the following "The Ribbon does not have any tabs or panels currently loaded" Then it pops up a fatal error box. I read one spot where you need to reset to default settings but the steps it showed were for an older 2015 version and we have 2018 with windows 10 and there is no option under Click Start menu > All Apps > AutoCAD 201x > Reset Settings to Default.
Please help with the steps to get rid of this problem so I can open autocad and work in it. Thanks.
