The Autocad 2017 trial dont extract on computer uses windows 10

It is writen that in the automatic zip acuored an error.

i succeeded under windows 7 only.

Sollution?

When you downloaded the file, what method did you choose?

Did you have your anti-virus turned off?

Did you have any Firewall software disabled?

Did it give you an error message when it quit? If so, please post it here.

The free zip opener is stucked and an error massage apear.
"installer encountered error".
I dont have a special anti virus.

I think that the first thing I would do is uninstall "Free Zip Opener". It should not be needed to download or install this software. I just downloaded the software from the trial site and it worked fine for me, w/o FZO.

Try it that way and see if it works.
