Text/Window scaling and resolution issues when using multiple monitors on Autocad 2025 Windows 11

I've recently upgraded my work laptop setup from Autocad 2023 (Windows 10 OS) on my old laptop to Autocad 2025 (Windows 11 OS) on my new laptop and I've noticed some issues which I never remembered having in the past when I connect to my external monitor?

Straight away when I had Autocad up on my external display the resolution of the text was very bad which I seem to have fixed by toggling on some DPI settings for Autocad, However, when I drag properties or layer windows (etc.) from my external screen to the laptop screen or vise versa depending on the screen I have Autocad running on there seems to be issues with the scaling and resolution of the text and windows. I never remembered seeing the pop-up windows changing size when dragging between screens on my old laptop. Has anyone else experienced this?

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

1. Right-click the AutoCAD icon, in the Compatibility tab, check "Override high DPI settings".

2. Ekranların çözünürlüklerini uyumlu hale getir.

3. Check general scaling settings in the options menu.

4. Check for AutoCAD and Windows updates.

Enjoy your work.

@Ryan.Girardin Have you installed the AutoCAD 2025.1 Update yet? ABOUT command in your AutoCAD will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD2025: test it out.

It's a fresh install and is at 2025.1. I tried changing the GFXDX12 variable and that didn't help sadly. I appreciate the help though.
