TEXT was hidden in version autocad 2102

i am using version autocad 2012 when i received a drawing from my partner i open it but any text in that drawing is hidden during that drawing is opened well in my partner autocad 2010. thanks for any help

Ask your friend to use ETRANSMIT command and include all the fonts, shape files.

Thanks for your help. i can do it. that drawing miss font i only need open text stype dialog and select missed font and change it into other font.
