Text that updates across multiple sheets

Here is what I’m trying to figure out.  We are a pool company and want to update our title blocks. Currently, we use Pool studio to draw our pools.  We are looking at importing that information into AutoCAD to start the permit and construction sheets for our contractors.   Our title blocks are set up this way.  One master sheet that has all the information about the project on one title block sheet, this is what we use to get a city permit.  In this sheet is everything for the excavation, stonework, and through the plaster of the pool. We are looking at making different title blocks for each contractor to narrow down the scope of work to only their process on their specific sheet. I’ve attached our main title block we currently use.

Now we want to take just the information that an excavator would need and make a new sheet.  All the information from the master sheet that must deal with excavation is still there but everything else is gone.  Doing this would change the configuration of the information on the right side. So now it gets down to my main question.

We want to input information in once.  It’s almost like if I had a table that has a list of 1-50 and one column is the description and the first row says "pool area" and the next cell over needs to be your answer of 520 sq. ft.  I want to take that 520sq. ft. and populate the 15 text boxes that describe the pool area across multiple sheets.  Also, the same thing but with text.  If I want to type in a deck type on the main sheet, it will update the text box with “travertine pavers”, or whatever choice I type in across all the other sheets text boxes that have that same description. I’ve gone through videos and forums to try and find what I need and after looking at defined attributes, formulas, and tables I thought I was getting close with tables but can’t seem to find the result.  Please let me know if there is an area where I need to explain better.

XREFs work the way you describe: nothing else in AutoCAD unless you want to add intelligence to your objects and more, export data, do entries in say MSExcel then have tables and block attributes update accordingly.

Has your AutoCAD training ahead of your conversion touch on these topics yet?

Just want to make sure I was clear.  Once we import the drawing only from pool studio we will create the title block sheet in autoCAD and that is where the data input would happen.  If xrefs are a possible solution then I'll check into it.

Some use DWGPROPS to enter data and then show it on multiple title blocks by using Fields. That is if you use multiple layouts and not separate drawings.
