Text Ruler Size out of conrol

Hi:

A simple question. I have a CAD file and I am creating a text. surprisingly I can not control the Ruler Text size so I am having editing difficulties. I have tried to do a Zoom 100.000 smaller but anyway the ruler goes out of the screen and the most of the time I control the size with the arrow at the right end.

How is possible to change the Ruler Text size in this situation?

Attached I am sending two .PNG files so is easier for you to know what I am talking about

Thanks

What size is your text?

How far zoomed out are you in the first picture

eg if your text size is 1 and you are zoomed out 1000 times. The text box will artifically get bigger so you can see what you are writing and so the right hand side of the box can disappear of the end of the screen depending what the original mtexbox width is.

Two immediate options are as follows:

If you can pan to the end of the edit window double click on the end of it and it will automatically resize to test that is in the window.

Another way is to open properties and change the width. I used quick properties in this example to make it simple but if you want to use quick properties you have to customize quick properties. So it may be easier just to use the regular properties.

Also you can try changing MTEXTFIXED to 1 or 2

Rafael,

You're not alone. I've wrestled with this one for years. Mine usually flies off the screen so far that in order to find the end I have to zoom >> zoom limit reached >> ReGen, over and over, sometimes 5 or 6 times. Really irritating!
