Text Frame from Command line

Hi, just discovered this feature in AutoCAD. Did some search on google but cannot figure out way to execute it from command line so I can make a macro button for it. Anyone please?TEXT_FRAME_HELP.png

I don't know of a command to do it but the link below has a few lisps that could do it. It also works for multileaders and dimensions.

I'm already using that but it has limitations.
