text boxes plotting in PDF

HOW DO I PLOT A PDF WITHOUT THE TEXT BOXES SHOWING UP?? I HAVE CAD 2019 AND TRIED SEVERAL THINGS THAT I KNOW OF- NONE HAVE WORKED_ PLEASE HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCED.

Do you see these frames on paper or screen ?
Are all AutoCAD updates installed ?

No nothing on the screen as you view it on CAD, only plots that way when going to PDF. The cad is brand new- as in just installed it two weeks ago. When I go back and save this drawing as a 2004 cad file and used my old CAD 2004 format- it plots out fine- so there must be some setting that I havent set or changed to remove those boxes.

Are you viewing PDF file in Acrobat Reader? And print it out? It is possible to enable the Document mode.
