So in my workplace we work in meters instead of the default milimeters of the autocad workspace, which leads to a lot of workarounds.
One that we cannot seem to avoid is the way autocad handles tables, especially in the table columns and rows headings, since we have to work with a super small text height (from 0.01 to 0.2), the interface seems not to like that kind of scale, which leads to troubles like the headings being so big, it's hard to align the tables properly in the rest of the model. is there any way to reduce their size?

Can´t say why it happened but I solved it.
1) Create any Table using the Standard Style. In my case, as I also work in meters, it is a style that has huge fonts, etc.
2) Scale that Table to an appropriate size. You will see that the headings scale together with the table.
3) Create a new table style and click on the top left button (Acad 2017) - "Select a Table to Start From:"
4) Make any adjustments you need and save the table style
Any new tables created with this style will display the headings in a scale proportional to your cell sizes.
Hope this helped! As I found no answer I figured this workaround myself

Hi @nikospur,
This sounds like a great solution. Can you post some Screenshots or example files? Or, perhaps you can make a Screencast to demonstrate your process?
Thanks to you, I solved the problem of my workmate .. hahaha
Well done..
