Sweeping command issue

I am busy designing a Haul road under ground and my sweeping command is not sweeping correctly .

 

My path is a 3d polyline.

 

Please Help...

That was how I did it, after sweep command, I chose twist and used 90 degrees, it took about 30 seconds to complete that task.

Try the red 3dpoly and see if it works for you.

I'm using your drawing, copy the path and the section of the tunnel, I always leave the original alone.

I cannot make videos, but you can see all the commands I used, nothing special.

In newer AutoCAD versions this does not work correct anymore.
Here a screencast how I got an approximated solution in ACAD 2018:

But attention: A good value for the twisting you must find by experimenting. A value a bit smaller than 105° (I only did guess) can give a better result. A correct solution is not possible this way. (This also applies to the solution shown above).

A better result you will get this way:

Put some sections (the tunnel contour) along the spline. This I din't show in the screencast. Then use the loft command, from one section to the next next next ... Then choose the Path option and select the Spline. (Now you have to wait some seconds - voila)
