Surface Display?

I apologize if this has been covered.  I really had no idea what to search.

In wire frame, my settings randomly change on their own,  This has happened in both 2025 and 2026 versions of AutoCad.

The first pic is what is changes to (which I hate) and the second picture is how I normally run the display.

Bad:

What I like:

The only way I've found to get it to switch back is by changing this number between 100 and 110 and back and forth each time it happens:

Any thoughts on where I should be headed to fix this?  Sometimes it happens a couple times a day, sometimes it's once a week.  Can't put my finger on what might be causing it.

Thanks

I have...  As that seems to be everyone's first solution to most Autocad problems.  It made no change! ☹️

@mdb.kam If settings are "randomly changing on their own" you'll have to explain how we all can replicate it (with your DWG file posted of course) so we can help you find a fix. If there is one. If we can all experience the same issue.

Or you need to roll back to that earlier pre-2025 version that never did that for now (if you decide your workaround is not an option) and report the problem to Autodesk through your accounts page.

How would you like to proceed?

I would gladly post a dwg if it were just one..  And I may have mispoke when I said the settings were changing.  They're actually not.  The 100 is always 100.  I change it to 110 and the visualization on the screen reverts to the proper view.  I have never immediatley gone back to that setting tosee if it reads 100 or 110.  I guess I can try that next time.  When the screen changes and I go back to options, it's at 100 again.

I'll gladly attach a dwg.  Here's my question.  It has a bunch of XREFs.  Would you like me to bind or just send with broken XREFs.

Thanks

@mdb.kam It appears you have a unique-to-you issue with your system and/or graphics card, I am unable to see what you see or have this setting you need change on its own in AutoCAD 2023/2024/2025/2026 here on my PC

And you can access that setting without always going into the pop-up, you may have an add-on or LISP changing it back for you
