Support? What support.....

Is there such a thing as support with Autodesk? It seems that the "Contact Us" link is just a FAQ link. Its rubbish, you just go around in circles. I don't want to go onto a forum to "Ask the Community" I want support from Autodesk about my account...........

and where do you land if you try the items?

As our contracts are different, I can't give you the way based on my account, I need to see what options you have.

Start with "Support" ==> "Contact Us" ==> if there exists an item "Product Help" use it, select the product and let us know what you see now.

Support > Contact us (as if!) > Product help > I select my product...and I arrive at the attache screenshot were I am kindly offered to go and find a solution of the forum.

well, now it depends in which contract you have.

If you have purchased your Autodesk product licenses from a reseller, contact the reseller and talk how they support you.

If you bought your licenses via internet then you have chosen one of these support contracts: >>>click<<< which one?
