Support File Files not found

I have a encountered a strange issue where I'm unable to link any of the templates or settings.

All of the templates are located in the folder once opened from the windows explorer side but when I try to find it through AutoCAD to link it into settings it gives me an error message: "The  file is not found in the current location."

I select options, go into files and select support file search path and go add+browse and it's not finding my templates although they're there.

This only happens in 2 out of 3 PCs in the drafting dept. Mine is fine and works but I am using 2019 version and haven't updated since while 2 other drafters have fresh copy of AutoCAD 2022 installed and they have the problem.

Please help. I have 2 new hires starting and need to have their PCs set.

Thanks in advance!

I know. It doesn't work there either. None of the categories work, templates, plot styles, sheet set manager template, no custom paths that I add for my custom lisp routines, custom hatches etc. None of it can be found when searched from AutoCAD settings.

I got it to work by going into Windows explorer and coping the path and then pasting it directly into search path but it doesn't find them when I try to navigate to those files which is bizarre. It used to work before and it works on my 2019 version.

Eliminate the DOT in the name of the folder and see if that solves it then, or where your folder actually is may be the problem, not seeing any issues here for anyone using R2022.1.2 in our offices, but we use physical onsite servers and we never add dots to file or folder names.
