Suggest: Let Divide start any point which we want, such as 60 degree.

EDIT: So would you be interested in the same idea for other object types? Divide a Line, but starting [x] drawing units in from the start? For that, you may be able to use the DIV+ command in DivideMeasurePlus.lsp, >here<. It has an option to inset [from both ends] the end-most locations for what it places. [It can do the same for a Circle, but by distance along it, not by angle, and again, inset from the 0° quadrant in both directions:

You can do many things about my suggestion, such as adding more command options which can operate more smoothly, lower errors, etc.

And who, exactly, do you mean by "You" in that? You can't be talking about altering the operation of the DIVIDE command itself, unless you think "we" are Autodesk programmers [read my Message again]. Over in the Customization Forum, many of "us" would be capable of creating a custom command definition that might be able to operate as you prefer, or better yet, guiding your attempts if you try it yourself as @RSomppi suggests in Message 4. If that's what you're talking about, create a topic over there, where there are more other Users interested in pursuing such things.
