Student Version Installation Error

One of my students can not get his student version of AutoCad 2021 to load. He had first downloaded and installed the trial version using his personal email account. I had him uninstall the trial version and get the student version using his college email account. He has tried this but keeps getting the error messages attached. Any help would be appreciated.

1- Download by the Autodesk Virtual Agent  ;

2 Choose the software and version, language, operating system.
3. Choose a download method and click on the appropriate download links.
Note: You must save all parts of the Autodesk product installer in the same folder (for example: C: \ Autodesk). Then, double-click the first file (whose name contains 001) to begin the process of extracting the product installers.

After downloading Autodesk software using AVA, proceed with the product installation:
1. Log in as an administrator.
2. Empty the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type% TEMP% in the Windows Explorer address bar and press Enter.
3. Disable your antivirus software.
4. Disable UAC:
4.1 User Access Control Panel in the Start Menu> Control Panel> User Accounts and Family Protection> User Account.
4.2 Click the Change User Account Control settings link.
4.3 Move the slider until Never Notify.
4.4 Click OK to make the changes effective.
4.5 Reboot.
5. Install your Autodesk software.
