Stuck in Title block mode

Hi,

I am currently stuck in title block mode in one of my drawings, the drawing has been saved in this mode and i dont know how to revert back to my layout which shows all of my grid coordinates and my revisions. Im sure its an easy fix but i havent used autocad in a long time and this is holding me up.

Thank you

Darren

Have you tried picking one of the tabs at the bottom that says model or a layout name?

Hi,

Yes that tried all the most obvious things including closing out the drawing and reopening it.

I found that closing all drawings and rebooting Auo cad 2016 resolved this issue.

I t must have been a glitch.

Thanks for your help

I've never heard of "titleblock mode" in regards to Acad. I think he's guessing since he mentioned the model and layout tabs.

I think you were in "Block edit" mode.

Simply type in BCLOSE to exit this mode.

I was frustrated same as you years ago when this mode was introduced into AutoCAD first time.

I just had this same issue.

I was editing the title block and was stuck in reference edit.

REFCLOSE worked for me.
