Stray lines in AutoCAD 2017

Hi there I am a student and I am having some problems with my student version auto cad 2017, when ever I draw at 

a certain stage of the drawing there are some lines coming from no where to interfere with my drawing, and they do not go away, even if I plot they appeared on my print out. sometimes they go away when I zoned in and out. 

I would like to know if anybody else experienced this problem before and how to fix it for good.

Hi,

please start command _GRAPHICSCONFIG and turn off smoothing, if that does not help turn off hardware-acceleration.

Better?

If both does not help please upload the dwg-file so we can look to that lines.
